Factors which will increase the price are the size of the home, the weight of the home, any obstacles surrounding the home, or hindering access, and if the home is in a rural location.

Three to six dumpsters will be required, or none if the home is donated and removed for free.  The specifics of your mobile home (and any contents also removed) affect how many dumpsters you need. Generally speaking, you’ll likely need 3 large roll-off dumpsters for a single-wide, and 6 large roll-off dumpsters for a double-wide to handle all of the demolition debris from a single-wide home.  The debris must be well packed into the dumpster with no debris sticking above the top edge.  Additionally; an excavator, capable operator, and helper will be required for 1-2 days.  To reduce costs, the removal could be done for free by our company, Banyan Mobile Home Removal.

A controlled burn is possible if done safely, however, there will still be a sizable mess to clean up and heavy equipment will be required even if donated to a local fire department.  If paying for cleanup is not cost-effective, the home could be removed for free if it's simply donated to Banyan Mobile Home Removal.

They are usually moved only once or twice.  On the other hand RVs, 5th-wheel trailers, and motor homes all represent more temporary and smaller forms of housing which are typically much more mobile and are built to be moved more frequently.

It helps us to know how quickly the home needs to be removed and if there are any special circumstances we should know about.  We also ask for photos of the inside and outside of the home. We ask about the general condition and location of the home, and how quickly the home needs to be removed. We request any available title information such as VIN, year, make, model, and size.  

Typically about 8-10 weeks from the date our agreement is signed.  The haul-off can occur faster or slower depending on how quickly we get the few items we request from you, as well as other variables like unique locations and circumstances.  We always keep mobile home donors updated on our schedule.

Most of the homes we accept get rehab of some kind. We accept mobile homes in all conditions from new or gently used to minor damages, and sometimes even heavily damaged. We accept homes built more recently all the way back to those that are 30-40 years old. We accept homes that need to be moved and even mobile homes that could stay in place.

Please send the most accurate photos you can of the damage. We will accept the home into our program if at all possible. Generally, we can take in smoke damage but not heavy fire damage, especially that which causes structural damage.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to move that fast. However, we are very flexible when it comes to creative problem-solving. We would be happy to talk through the issues that are forcing such a speedy move. We often are able to work successfully with mobile home park management, landlords, government entities, and Realtors.

We work locally in that we partner only with local mobile home transport companies, local government agencies, and local contractors. We provide services nationwide in the USA (except HI and AK).
